For digital downloads, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the order has been completed.
CLASSES
If you register for a class that you are unable to attend and notify us via email at info@kingdomexplorationguides.com with a minimum of 2 days’ notice, we will give you the option of receiving a refund or applying the cost of the class to a later class or to a one-on-one mentorship session or package.
ONE-ON-ONE COACHING MENTORSHIP
If you register for a single one-on-one mentorship session, and you cannot attend the date or time chosen, we will work with you to reschedule that session. If you decide you do not wish to participate in the session, and you provide at least 2 days’ notice, you will have the opportunity to choose to apply the purchase price to a class or to receive a full refund. Sessions canceled with less than 2 days’ notice will not receive a refund of any kind.

If you register for a one-on-one mentorship package, and you cannot attend your normally scheduled date or time, we will work with you to reschedule that session either at the end of your package or at a more suitable time. If you have not started the package and cancel within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of your first session, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel with less than 5 business days’ notice you will have the option to apply the amount paid to other classes or one-on-one sessions, or to receive a 50% refund on your package price.
